Thanks for being straight to the point and not stretching this 15-30 minutes out with a guest speaker and a history lesson before you just give use the info we actually wanted.
why freeze fruit ahead of time and make the food processor fight for it's life to blend it ? how about just blend it then freeze it .... duh
I lost of a 40 pounds using this method, but I would drink it all day long at least a gallon a day and I would mix it with Crystal white along side of that. I would do the cuisine meals twice a day with one fruit smoothie for breakfast and miraculously just kept coming off the fact I lost too much weight. I had to stop using it. But it does work. It took me about three months.
Means you lose weight because you did exercise not because of apple cider vinegar

Thanks much! When you say we should get a professional to help track are needs and daily fitness levels, what is this 'Professional' called? Is it a dietitian or some other medical professional? Sadly I don't trust the trainers at my gym.. Not sure why but I feel better walking into an official office and running numbers and such vs answering a few questions asked by a trainer at my gym. I don't think their advice would cater specifically towards 'my' needs. Thanks!

Wow i really wanted to try your 30 day healthy plan but you don't mention that its 60 bucks! Who van afford that?
Heads up: the Bragg Vinegar was bought buy Katie Perry and had added the plastic poison that bill Gates has been pushing to put on vegetables and fruits. Look into it please. I no longer trust Bragg unfortunately because of these facts!
Tip..be careful with 70 percent dark chocolate as it contains caffeine and if you are sensitive to caffeine it will trigger anxiety and make you feel as tho you had drank coffee.

That’s almost exactly what I do. I eat 2 smallish meals within 4-4.5 hours. I’m down 29 pounds in about a year, and I have 20 lbs to go. I’m glad to find this channel.

Its crazy bc through my 30s I ate fairly healthy but once I got close to 40 and had a kid, the comfort foods passively took a hold of me. I know it sounds basic but when you said eating pizza bc its easy, I shook my head bc I fell into this trap and am jus shaking my head sometimes. On better track these days as I am trying to be more conscious of my fiber and water intake, and most of all staying away form cheap refined sugars.

First, one should be juicing veggies… Second, you should be doing it for health not weight loss. The weight loss is just a perk.
I started eating almost only Whole Foods about 4 days ago and I am having headaches, body aches and not feeling great. I know it should only last a week so I’m so excited to see how I feel when I am done with the first week. So far, eating like this has helped me be fuller longer and I really have noticed that. I haven’t weighed myself but I also feel less bloated. I also am staying away from gluten so getting my carbs another way is important as well.
